When your friend is hurting, pouring their heart out to you, and you can’t say absolutely nothing. Because their pain is so bad, you honestly, don’t know how to comfort them. But in their minds, not saying anything, means you don’t care when you do care. You just…. can’t say anything to make them feel better.
